We are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to drive Mortgage Loan / Retail LAP business. This role demands strong DSA relationships, proven sales expertise, and the ability to consistently achieve business targets while maintaining portfolio quality. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and ensuring seamless loan processing.

  • Pay Details : Up to 5.2 LPA + Incentives
  • Must Have :
    • 1–6 years of proven experience in LAP / Mortgage Sales.

    • Age not exceeding 32 years.

    • Minimum education: HSC Pass.

    • Strong track record of target achievement.

    • Excellent knowledge of LAP processes, credit norms, and market practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Source and grow Micro LAP / Retail LAP business through DSAs and other sourcing channels.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets in volume and value.

  • Strengthen and manage relationships with channel partners for sustained business growth.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market.

  • Ensure all files meet documentation, credit, and compliance requirements.

  • Liaise closely with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure TAT adherence.
