We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead DSA sourcing for Small Ticket Unsecured Business Loans (STUL). The role involves onboarding and managing DSA partners to drive quality business acquisition and ensure consistent disbursement growth.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Unsecured Business Loans (UBL) or STUL via DSA channel.
Proven track record of target achievement and DSA relationship management.
Strong understanding of unsecured loan processes, credit norms, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.

Key Responsibilities :
Identify, onboard, and manage DSA partners for Unsecured Business Loans.
Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets through DSA sourcing.
Maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure consistent lead flow and productivity.
Conduct regular market visits to support DSAs and ensure portfolio quality.
Monitor credit quality and coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Ensure adherence to company policies, documentation standards, and compliance norms.
