Graduation is mandatory.
Age not more than 32 years.
Prior experience in sales - Secured Lending Prodcuts - Preferrably in LAP
- Must Be Earning Incentives in current Role
Willingness to work in an open market sourcing environment.
Strong desire to earn performance-based incentives (mandatory).
Key Responsibilities :

Source and acquire LAP business from open market channels.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Ensure quality sourcing with proper documentation and compliance.

Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely disbursement.

Drive cross-selling opportunities wherever possible.
