Job description
We are seeking dynamic and target-oriented Relationship Managers/Officers with proven experience in sourcing and servicing Micro LAP (up to ₹50 Lakhs) and Home Loans (up to ₹1 Cr). The candidate will be responsible for acquiring customers through DSA channels, handling end-to-end sales processes, coordinating with credit and operations teams for timely disbursements, and ensuring quick resolution of client queries. The role also demands regular market intelligence to track competitor offerings. Applicants should be energetic, presentable, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Pay Details : Up to ₹30,000/Month (Based on current salary & profile stability)
- Must Have :
· Minimum 6 months of recent and relevant experience in MicroLAP + HL.
· No career breaks or unexplained gaps.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Should not be currently working in or sourced from a Corporate DSA.
· Presentable personality and field readiness for client interactions.
· Preference for candidates with demonstrated profile stability.
Key Responsibilities :
· Source LAP + HL customers through DSA channels.
· Ensure complete documentation and application process.
· Coordinate with credit and operations for timely sanction & disbursement.
· Maintain high-quality customer service standards and query resolution within TAT.
· Track and report competitive market trends.
· Ensure consistent monthly disbursement targets are met.
