- Minimum 10+ years in Housing Finance / NBFC / Banking sector

- Proven track record of achieving regional business targets
- Strong DSA / Broker network in South Gujarat market
- Experience in managing Team Size of 20+ (on-roll + off-roll)
- Good understanding of credit policies, login quality & disbursement process
- Stability in career (no frequent job changes)
Key Responsibilities :
Drive business targets for Home Loans & LAP across South Gujarat region

Build, manage, and scale a high-performing DST network (DSAs, connectors, brokers)
•
Ensure consistent sourcing quality with focus on Near Prime segment
•
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
•
Monitor team productivity, login-to-disbursement ratios, and TATs
•
Maintain strong control on portfolio quality, delinquency, and risk parameters
•
Strengthen channel relationships and expand distribution reach
•
Collaborate with credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth disbursements
•
Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis
•
Lead, mentor, and retain cluster/area managers and sales teams
