- Must Have :
Proven experience in Affordable Housing Finance or Home Loans (especially sub-30 lakh segment)
At least 3-5 years of experience in a team handling/regional role
Strong DSA network and market intelligence in the affordable segment
Clean employment history – No education or career gaps
Strong leadership, planning, and people management skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the region
Key Responsibilities :

Drive disbursement targets and achieve business objectives for Affordable Home Loans across the region

Lead and manage a team of Cluster/Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and field staff

Expand market share through DSA/Connector sourcing and builder relationships

Ensure high quality portfolio with strong control over delinquency and fraud

Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth customer experience

Monitor and improve productivity of sales teams

Conduct regular training, reviews, and performance appraisals of team members

Ensure adherence to compliance, policy, and audit requirements

Identify and onboard new geographies and sub-markets with growth potential
