Marketing Manager – BFSI | Housing Finance | CTC Up to ₹10 LPA We are hiring a strategic and energetic Marketing Manager for a leading housing finance company.   • Must Have :
    • Minimum 5 years of BFSI marketing experience

    • Strong hands-on expertise in BTL and ATL activities and on-ground activations

    • Proven track record in lead generation and channel engagement

    • Ability and willingness to travel across assigned regions

    • Excellent communication skills in English and local language

    • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing or related field

    • Strong self-motivation and execution-driven mindset

Key Responsibilities :

•Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and action plan aligned with regional business goals
•Plan and drive BTL activities and activations to support branches in achieving sales targets
•Conduct competitive analysis to strengthen brand positioning within the assigned region
•Recommend and implement region-specific marketing strategies
•Organize and manage channel engagement initiatives, including CP/Builder meets and branding at partner locations
•Plan and oversee promotional events and on-ground activations
•Maintain and publish timely MIS reports and trackers related to marketing plans, activations, and lead generation
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and external agencies to align marketing efforts with business objectives
•Ensure availability and visibility of marketing collaterals at branches and events
