Job description

A seasoned Branch Sales Head (BSH) to lead Loan Against Property (LAP) business with ticket sizes up to ₹50 lakhs. The ideal candidate should bring at least 8 years of experience, including 3 years of successful team handling, with proven expertise in driving LAP sales. The role demands managing a team of 5–6 Relationship Managers (each with a CTC of up to ₹6L), ensuring achievement of branch targets through effective sales planning, team motivation, and compliance. Candidates in the age bracket of 44–45 years with a demonstrated ability to grow secured lending portfolios are preferred. The offered CTC is up to ₹11L.

✅ Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis
✅ Implement compliance guidelines and regulatory processes
✅ Drive cross-sell opportunities within the branch
✅ Build and retain a high-performance sales team
✅ Report branch performance to senior management with actionable insights
