- Must Have :
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage Operations
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end file processing (Login to Disbursement)
- Strong knowledge of Home Loan documentation & compliance norms
- Experience in coordination with Credit, Legal & Technical teams
- Proven track record of managing TAT and handling multiple files
- Experience working with Banks / NBFCs
- Good MIS reporting and data management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination ability
Key Responsibilities :
· Handle complete Home Loan file processing from login to disbursement
· Ensure TAT adherence and maintain process efficiency
· Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, Technical, and Banking partners
· Verify documentation accuracy and compliance standards
· Manage escalations and resolve operational issues
· Maintain and share MIS reports on a daily/weekly basis
· Ensure audit and regulatory compliance
· Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
· Manage vendor coordination (Legal/Technical agencies)
· Support and guide team members on process updates
