Job description
This is a focused leadership role with complete ownership of the Mortgage Loan vertical at the branch level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Mortgage Loans, strong team management skills, and a customer-first approach. Responsibilities include driving business through DSAs, DSTs, and direct sourcing, managing branch operations, leading a sales team, and ensuring compliance and service excellence. Only candidates with relevant Mortgage Loan/Home Loan experience will be considered.

- Must Have :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Mortgage Loans, with 2+ years in a branch leadership/team management role.
Prior experience in Affordable Mortgage Loan segment with a strong focus on field sales and DSA/DST sourcing.
Graduate degree is mandatory; MBA/Postgraduate preferred.
Demonstrated stability and commitment in previous roles – no education or career gaps.
Proven ability to achieve branch-level disbursal and productivity targets.
Hands-on experience in team recruitment, mentoring, and performance management.
Strong market intelligence and local sourcing strategy experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and escalation-handling skills.
Ability to independently drive the Mortgage Loan vertical, with no involvement in HL or other product lines.
Comfortable working in a performance-driven, field-intensive environment.
