  • Must Have :
    • Experience:

      • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP)

      • Prior team handling and leadership experience is essential

    • Channel Expertise:

      • Strong experience in DSA sourcing and expanding DSA networks for lead generation

    • Business Management:

      • Proven track record of achieving branch-level sales targets and driving profitability

    • Product Knowledge:

      • In-depth understanding of Affordable HL and LAP products, documentation, and disbursal processes

    • Operational Skills:

      • Ability to oversee end-to-end loan operations with 100% compliance and risk management

    • Leadership & Team Building:

      • Capable of recruiting, training, and motivating a sales team to deliver high performance

    • Market Awareness:

      • Well-versed with local market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape

    • Customer Orientation:

      • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and cross-selling

    • Mobility & Communication:

      • Willingness to travel locally; eligible for fuel and phone reimbursements

Key Responsibilities :

1.Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve and exceed HL and LAP business targets.
2.Source business primarily through DSAs and build new DSA relationships to maximize sourcing channels.
3.Oversee the complete loan process, ensuring smooth operations from lead generation to disbursal with 100% compliance.
4.Maintain and deepen strong client relationships to enhance cross-sell opportunities.
5.Ensure branch profitability through rigorous business development and cost management.
6.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to formulate proactive strategies.
7.Drive compliance, risk management, and service quality at the branch.
8.Recruit, train, and motivate the branch team to deliver superior results.
