The Area Collection Manager will be responsible for managing and improving collections for Affordable Home Loans and Mortgage Loan portfolios across the assigned geography (Mehsana | Palanpur | Kadi | Kalol | Deesa) The role focuses on controlling delinquency, reducing NPAs, managing field collection teams and agencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining customer relationships in rural and semi-urban markets.

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
6-10 years of experience in Affordable Home Loans / Mortgage Loan collections
Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing collection teams
Strong exposure to secured lending collections and legal recovery processes
Experience in rural and semi-urban markets
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned locations
Key Responsibilities :

Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets for Affordable Home Loan & Mortgage portfolios

Monitor and control PAR, NPA, and bounce rates

Manage field collection teams and third-party agencies

Handle early, soft, hard, and legal collections efficiently

Drive recovery from chronic and high-value delinquent cases

Conduct regular field visits and portfolio reviews

Coordinate with legal teams for SARFAESI, possession, and auction cases

Ensure adherence to RBI, NHB, and internal compliance guidelines
-
Work closely with credit, sales, and operations teams to improve portfolio quality

Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, and collection performance reports
