Job description
Sales Manager (DST) – Affordable Home Loans -The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in the Home Loan industry, with at least 2 years in team management. This role involves leading a Direct Sales Team (DST) focused on sourcing affordable housing loans through field-based, direct customer acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for driving business through market engagement, mentoring Sales Officers, ensuring timely processing and disbursement of loans, and maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory policies. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a deep understanding of the affordable housing segment are essential. The candidate must be a graduate (MBA preferred) and below 35 years of age.
