  • Must Have :

    Experience & Industry Knowledge

    • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Home Loans with a reputed bank or Housing Finance Company (HFC).

    • In-depth knowledge of the entire Home Loan process – from sourcing to disbursement.

    • Experience in handling large ticket-size loans (up to ₹1 Cr).

    Sourcing Capabilities

    • Proven track record in direct sourcing and working with channel partners, especially DSAs (Direct Selling Agents).

    Performance & Stability

    • Proven stability in previous roles – no frequent job changes.

    • Consistent business performance and achievement of sales targets.

    Skills & Competence

    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

    • Ability to independently manage the sales cycle end-to-end.

    • Good understanding of underwriting, legal, technical, and compliance aspects of HL.

    • Excellent communication and client relationship management.

    Education

    • Graduate degree is mandatory, Postgraduate preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Drive Home Loan (HL) business through direct sourcing and channel partner engagement (including DSAs).
2.Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, application sourcing, documentation, sanction to disbursement.
3.Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms at every stage of the loan process.
4.Maintain high standards of customer service and relationship management to drive repeat and referral business.
5.Achieve monthly and annual business targets in line with organizational goals.
6.Maintain regular MIS and reporting on leads, pipeline, and conversions.
