Key Responsibilities :

· Conduct legal scrutiny of property documents for Affordable Home Loan cases
· Ensure legal compliance and risk assessment as per company policies
· Coordinate with sales, credit, operations, and external legal associates
· Manage property due diligence, title verification, and mortgage documentation
· Support business teams in resolving legal and technical queries
· Ensure TAT adherence for login to disbursement process
· Monitor empanelled advocates and legal vendors
· Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness
