Job description
The Zonal Technical Manager will be responsible for leading technical evaluation, property assessment, legal-technical coordination, and risk mitigation for affordable housing loan proposals across the Gujarat zone. The role ensures quality underwriting from a technical perspective while maintaining TAT and compliance standards

- Must Have :
· Candidates from leading Housing Finance Companies / NBFCs
· Experience in handling zonal or multi-location responsibilities
· Exposure to Gujarat market will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities :
· Lead and manage technical appraisal of housing loan proposals (HL & LAP) across the zone
· Conduct property valuation, estimation, and feasibility analysis for affordable housing projects
· Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk frameworks
· Monitor empaneled vendors (valuers, technical agencies) and maintain quality standards
· Provide technical approvals within defined TATs for retail and builder cases
· Identify and mitigate technical risks in property proposals
· Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Sales, and Operations teams for seamless loan processing
· Conduct field visits for high-value or critical cases
· Maintain MIS, audit readiness, and documentation standards
· Train and guide regional technical teams and vendor partners
