As a Regional Sales Manager you will lead the Affordable Home Loan vertical across your region, driving business volumes, strengthening distribution through DSA channels, and ensuring profitability while delivering excellent customer service. The role demands proven expertise in Affordable Housing finance, people management, and a strong understanding of regional markets.

  • Must Have :
    • 10–12 years of proven experience in Affordable Housing Finance/Home Loans.

    • Strong DSA sourcing and open market business generation expertise.

    • Leadership experience in managing high-performing sales teams.

    • Excellent track record of achieving and exceeding business targets.

    • In-depth knowledge of regional market dynamics and customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive Affordable Home Loan disbursals in line with organizational goals.

  • Build, manage, and expand DSA/Connector network for consistent sourcing.

  • Ensure adherence to ROI slabs (12–13%) and maintain portfolio quality.

  • Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team.

  • Implement credit, risk, and compliance guidelines effectively.

  • Strengthen market presence and identify new business opportunities.
