Job description
We are looking to hire a dynamic and performance-driven Team Leader with prior experience in Solar Loan Sales and Business Development. The ideal candidate will lead a sales team focused on the promotion and execution of solar financing products. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution to scale business growth in the Solar EPC domain. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, guiding your team toward lead generation and closures, and strengthening the brand’s position within the renewable energy lending space. Candidates with experience in PV industries, solar inverters, lithium batteries, or related sectors will be given preference. This is a target-driven role that requires regular field visits, excellent communication, and strong client relationship skills. Exposure to solar market dynamics, customer needs, and techno-commercial acumen is essential.

- Pay Details : Up to ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable based on current CTC and profile stability)

Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience in Sales or Business Development
Hands-on experience in Solar Loan Sales is mandatory
Strong knowledge of the solar industry and financing ecosystem
Good command of spoken and written communication
Comfortable with target-based roles and extensive travel
Profile stability – no frequent job changes
No career breaks without valid reason
Must not have worked only with Corporate DSAs
Key Responsibilities :

Lead a team of sales/business development executives to achieve solar loan disbursement targets

Devise strategies to tap into untapped solar loan markets and improve product reach

Identify customer requirements, provide tailored financing solutions, and ensure conversions

Support team members in lead generation, client meetings, and deal closures

Regularly visit customers and maintain strong client relationships

Conduct and analyze solar market research to identify trends and opportunities

Drive marketing initiatives including participation in trade shows and exhibitions

Work closely with solar EPC companies, distribution networks, and vendors

Report team performance and ensure accountability towards monthly and quarterly goals

Ensure compliance with all internal processes and documentation norms
