The Senior Sales Manager - Supply Chain Finance will be responsible for driving business through DSA sourcing and channel development, focusing on financing needs of vendors, dealers, and small enterprises linked to anchor corporates. The role involves end-to-end management of the sales cycle - from lead generation to disbursement - ensuring high-quality sourcing and portfolio hygiene while achieving assigned business targets.

- Must Have :
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance / Working Capital / LAP / Business Loans.
Proven track record in DSA sourcing and channel management.
Strong understanding of financial documentation, banking norms, and credit assessment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve assigned business targets.
Key Responsibilities :

Source and onboard DSAs, Channel Partners, and Corporate Connects for Supply Chain Finance.

Identify and develop new business opportunities with anchor corporates, vendors, and dealers.

Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth processing of proposals.

Track portfolio performance, ensure high-quality sourcing, and maintain portfolio hygiene.
