Job description
The Sales Officer will be stationed across 3–4 active APF sites to drive consistent lead generation and manage initial customer interactions. The role involves collecting KYC documents, assessing CIBIL scores, and entering verified leads into the Sales App for real-time tracking. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for prospective home loan customers, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, the builder, and the internal credit/sales team.

- Must Have :
2-4 years of experience in consumer finance (preferably home loans).
Graduate degree (minimum qualification).
Proficiency in lead management applications and MS Office tools.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities :

Ensure continuous presence and productivity at 3-4 active APF sites , acquire new APF sites.

Generate qualified leads from project locations and update them in real time.

Collect complete and accurate KYC documentation from prospects.

Conduct preliminary credit checks (CIBIL) to assess eligibility.

Maintain strong relationships with builder sales teams to maximize site conversions.

Support timely loan processing by ensuring documentation readiness.
