We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business for Secured LAP through DSA sourcing. The ideal candidate will have strong market connect, relationship management skills, and a proven track record in achieving disbursement targets.

- Must Have :
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Secured LAP / Mortgage sourcing.
Strong DSA network and proven ability to deliver volumes in ₹20 L–₹3 Cr ticket size.
Consistent career stability and proven performance record.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities :

Identify, empanel, and manage DSA partners for Secured LAP sourcing.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business and disbursement targets.

Ensure end-to-end coordination from login to disbursement.

Maintain healthy portfolio quality and ensure adherence to credit norms.

Conduct market intelligence to identify potential business opportunities.

Strengthen DSA relationships through regular engagement and support.

Collaborate with internal teams for faster processing and customer satisfaction.
