3–6 years of experience in Loan Against Property / Mortgage sales
Proven track record of business achievement through DSA sourcing
Strong knowledge of LAP products, credit parameters, and documentation
Stability across past organizations with strong incentive earning history
Key Responsibilities :

Source and acquire LAP business through empanelled DSAs

Identify, empanel, and manage productive DSA relationships

Ensure quality sourcing in line with credit policy

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing

Drive DSA engagement through visits, trainings, and performance reviews

Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide inputs for strategy
