Job description

The Sales Manager | DST - Home Loan will be responsible for managing a team and driving home loan business growth across assigned markets. The role demands consistent target achievement, strong people management capabilities, and hands-on experience in affordable as well as near-prime customer segments. The incumbent will oversee the complete sales lifecycle while ensuring compliance, productivity, and sustainable business growth.

    5-7 Years of Experience in Home Loan / Housing Finance Sales | Graduation Mandatory (Post Graduation Preferred) | Minimum 2-3 Years of Team Handling Experience

Key Responsibilities :

     > Lead and manage the home loan sales team to achieve business targets
> Drive monthly and quarterly disbursement and revenue goals
> Formulate and execute sales strategies for home loan products
> Develop and manage relationships with builders & connectors 
> Monitor sales pipeline, productivity, and conversion ratios
> Ensure adherence to credit policies, processes, and regulatory norms
> Coach, train, and motivate team members to enhance performance
>  Track market intelligence and competitor activity
