We are hiring Relationship Officers to source Secured LAP business through DSA partners. The candidate should have sound market knowledge, strong relationship skills, and a consistent record in achieving disbursement targets in the mortgage segment.

•Minimum 1 year+ experience in Secured LAP / Mortgage sourcing.
•Proven DSA sourcing exposure with ₹20L-₹3 Cr ticket size.
•Stable career track and consistent performance.
•Good communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities :
•Source Secured LAP business through empanelled DSA partners.
•Achieve monthly and quarterly login and disbursement targets.
•Assist in onboarding and nurturing active DSAs for consistent business flow.
•Coordinate with credit and operations for smooth file processing.
•Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain portfolio quality.
•Maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure sustained business growth.
