Relationship Officers / Relationship Managers (DST - Open Market) for a front-line sales role in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). Experience:
Minimum 1 year of direct experience in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales
Proven track record in secured loan products only
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
Candidates with 4+ years of relevant HL/LAP experience may be considered without graduation
Sales & Customer Handling Skills:
Strong ability to source and convert leads through field activities and customer interaction
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and preferably local language
Market Engagement:
Experience in local marketing, branding, and group promotions
Ability to maintain a strong presence and reputation in the assigned market
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable with MS Office and web-based loan processing systems
Personal Traits:
High initiative, result-driven mindset, and presentable personality
Age Limit:
Preferably 18 to 35 years
Current Compensation:
Preference for candidates currently earning incentives in HL/LAP product lines
Key Responsibilities :
