Key Responsibilities :

Source and service clients for Unsecured Business Loans, with a focus on DSA sourcing.

Attend to client queries and provide timely resolutions within the defined turnaround time (TAT).

Coordinate with internal support teams (Credit, Operations) to ensure smooth loan disbursements.

Gather and provide market feedback on competitor products and trends to stay competitive and enhance product offerings.
