The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in this segment, with a focus on DSA sourcing. The role involves end-to-end client handling-from sourcing to disbursement-along with coordinating with internal teams and addressing client queries promptly. Candidates must have strong communication and negotiation skills, along with no career or education gaps and demonstrated stability in past roles.

Experience:
Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP)
Prior team handling and leadership experience is essential
Channel Expertise:
Strong experience in DSA sourcing and expanding DSA networks for lead generation
Business Management:
Proven track record of achieving branch-level sales targets and driving profitability
Product Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of Affordable HL and LAP products, documentation, and disbursal processes
Operational Skills:
Ability to oversee end-to-end loan operations with 100% compliance and risk management
Leadership & Team Building:
Capable of recruiting, training, and motivating a sales team to deliver high performance
Market Awareness:
Well-versed with local market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
Customer Orientation:
Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and cross-selling
Mobility & Communication:
Willingness to travel locally; eligible for fuel and phone reimbursements

Key Responsibilities :
•Source and service clients for Unsecured Business Loans, with a focus on DSA sourcing.
•Attend to client queries and provide timely resolutions within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
•Coordinate with internal support teams (Credit, Operations) to ensure smooth loan disbursements.
•Gather and provide market feedback on competitor products and trends to stay competitive and enhance product offerings.
