Job description
We are looking for dynamic and performance-oriented Female Relationship Managers with strong knowledge of secured financial products and SME lending. The ideal candidate should have proven stability, sound product understanding, and hands-on experience in sourcing and managing SME loan business.

- Pay Details : ₹5.50 – ₹7.50 LPA (can go up to ₹9.50 LPA in exceptional cases based on target vs achievement & incentives earned)
- Must Have :
Strong understanding of Mortgage / LAP / Home Loans / Working Capital Finance.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in lending / financial services.
Good communication & relationship management skills.
Stability in past roles (no education or career gaps preferred).
Female candidates only.
Key Responsibilities :

Source and acquire new SME clients through DSA channels and direct sourcing.

Achieve monthly business targets for Mortgage, LAP, Home Loans & Working Capital Finance.

Manage end-to-end loan processing including documentation, credit coordination & disbursement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.

Ensure portfolio quality and timely follow-ups for post-disbursement activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth TAT and customer experience.

Track market trends and competitor activities to generate business opportunities.
