The role demands proven capability in sourcing, managing, and growing SME loan portfolios, along with strong market connect and execution excellence.

- Pay Details : Up to 9 LPA for RMs | Up to 12 LPA for Senior RMs
- Must Have :
· Strong working knowledge of Mortgage, LAP, Home Loans, and Working Capital Finance | Must Know How to study Balance Sheet
· 3-5+ years of relevant experience in SME lending / financial services
· Proven track record of target achievement and portfolio management
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
· Demonstrated stability in previous roles
Key Responsibilities :
· Source and onboard SME clients through DSA channels, connectors, and direct sourcing
· Drive monthly and quarterly business targets across:
SME Loans | Loan Against Property (LAP) | Working Capital Finance
· Manage end-to-end loan lifecycle including documentation, credit coordination, approvals, and disbursement
· Build and strengthen relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and key stakeholders
· Ensure portfolio quality, compliance, and timely post-disbursement follow-ups
· Coordinate with credit, operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth TAT and superior customer experience
· Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and pricing to identify new business opportunities
