Key Responsibilities :

Source LAP (₹10L–₹5CR) and Business Loan (up to ₹50L) customers through DSA (Direct Selling Agent) network and other direct channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, clients, and internal stakeholders to drive business volume.

Conduct thorough client assessments, documentation checks, and coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth disbursement.

Achieve monthly disbursal targets and maintain quality sourcing as per policy norms.

Provide after-sales service and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
