Key Responsibilities :

Source Affordable LAP business through DSA network within the assigned region.

Manage relationships with DSAs to ensure consistent lead flow and conversions.

Achieve disbursement and revenue targets in line with organizational goals.

Ensure end-to-end process compliance, documentation accuracy, and credit quality.

Maintain strong follow-ups and portfolio hygiene post disbursement.

Identify and onboard new DSAs to expand business reach.
