Relationship Manager (Individual Role) for Mortgage Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP), with a focus on ticket sizes ranging from ₹5 Lakhs to ₹5 Crores and an ROI of 13.5%. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, primarily handling DSA-sourced business. Responsibilities include end-to-end loan handling-sourcing, client servicing, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth disbursals.   • Experience:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in Mortgage Loans/ Loan Against Property (LAP) sales & servicing

  • Channel Expertise:

    • Strong exposure to DSA sourcing and handling end-to-end client lifecycle

  • Product Knowledge:

    • Hands-on experience with ticket sizes ranging from ₹5 Lakhs to ₹5 Crores

    • Understanding of ROI structures, especially around 13.5%

  • Operational Coordination:

    • Ability to coordinate with Credit and Operations teams to ensure smooth and timely disbursements

  • Client Servicing:

    • Proven ability to handle client queries, offer customized financial solutions, and ensure quick turnaround (TAT)

  • Communication & Negotiation:

    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Professional Integrity:

    • No education or career gaps
