Relationship Managers - Micro LAP - with ticket sizes up to ₹30 Lakhs. This is a field-based sales role covering a 50 km radius from the base location. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in LAP sales, with a proven track record of meeting targets. Responsibilities include customer acquisition through direct sourcing, connectors, and referrals, managing the end-to-end loan process, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Product Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales
Experience specifically in Micro LAP (ticket size up to ₹30 Lakhs) is preferred
Sales Performance:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in financial products
Territory Fit:
Must be based within 50 km of the assigned location
Willingness to travel extensively within this geographic limit
Sales Skills:

Key Responsibilities :
1.Drive sales for Micro LAP products within a 50 km radius
2.Acquire new customers through direct sourcing, connectors, and referral networks
3.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
4.Manage end-to-end loan processes including lead generation, documentation, and coordination with internal teams
5.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
6.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely service delivery
7.Track market trends and competitor offerings to stay competitive
