Job description

Relationship Manager – Micro LAP to drive business through open market and DSA channels. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sourcing, client servicing, and portfolio management within the Micro LAP space. Strong communication, stable work history, and DSA handling expertise are key to success in this role.

  • Pay Details : Up to 30k/Month (considerable hike depending on current salary and stability)
  • Must Have :
    • Stability in current/past roles – frequent job changes will not be considered

    • No career gaps (unless due to valid medical or family emergencies)

    • Field experience in LAP/Micro LAP is mandatory (at least 6 months)

    • Candidates with Corporate DSA background are not preferred

    • Professional and client-facing personality suitable for relationship-based sales roles

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sourcing New Business
    Acquire LAP/Micro LAP customers through open market and approved DSA channels within the assigned geography.

  • Client Relationship Management
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Credit & Documentation Coordination
    Collect and verify customer documents, ensure file completeness, and coordinate with Credit & Ops for timely approvals and disbursement.

  • Portfolio Quality
    Monitor disbursed cases to ensure timely EMI payments, flag early delinquencies, and support collection efforts if required.

  • Market Intelligence
    Stay updated with competitor products, schemes, and market movements; share actionable insights with the team.

  • Sales Target Achievement
    Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets as per assigned goals.

  • Customer Query Resolution
    Act as a single point of contact for client issues; ensure quick turnaround and excellent service experience.
