Minimum 1 year of experience in Mortgage / LAP / Home Loan sales.
Strong understanding and experience in DSA sourcing model.
Proven record of consistent performance and stability in past roles.
Good knowledge of local market and customer profiles.
Key Responsibilities :

Achieve monthly disbursement targets through DSA sourcing.

Develop new DSA relationships and ensure continuous lead generation.

Maintain quality sourcing aligned with Semi Prime / Near Prime credit norms.

Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, and collections) to ensure smooth processing and quick turnaround.

Ensure portfolio quality and minimize delinquency.

Track daily leads, conversions, and disbursement performance through MIS updates.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to strengthen market presence.
