This role focuses on driving Home Loan and LAP sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring end-to-end management of the loan process. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in the Affordable HL and LAP segment, with a proven ability to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will be proactive, market-aware, and customer-focused.

  • Must Have :
    • Experience:

      • Minimum 1 year of experience in Affordable Home Loans and/or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales

    • Sales Track Record:

      • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage the end-to-end loan process

    • Product Knowledge:

      • Strong understanding of Home Loan and Mortgage (LAP) products, including eligibility, documentation, and disbursal processes

    • Customer Handling:

      • Skilled in client acquisition, relationship management, and providing customized financial solutions

    • Work Style:

      • Self-motivated, field-ready, and result-oriented

      • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

    • Market Awareness:

      • Familiar with local markets and competitor offerings to position products effectively

    • Communication Skills:

      • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

    • Mobility:

      • Willing to travel locally; eligible for fuel and phone reimbursements

Key Responsibilities :

1.Source and generate leads for HL and LAP products.
2.Build and maintain strong client relationships.
3.Manage the full loan process-from lead generation to disbursal-with complete and compliant documentation.
4.Achieve and exceed sales targets for HL and LAP.
5.Provide customized financial solutions based on client needs.
6.Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead.
