A proactive, target-driven professional responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and servicing customers in the Affordable Home Loan segment. The role involves building strong customer and channel partner relationships, driving loan disbursements, and supporting financial inclusion by enabling families to own homes.

  • Pay Details : Up to Rs. 3 LPA + Incentives
  • Must Have :
    • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Postgraduate preferred).

    • 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably housing finance/banking/NBFCs.

    • Experience in Affordable Housing Loan sales (preferred).

    • Willingness to work in field-based, target-driven roles.

    • Familiarity with local markets/geographies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Source and acquire new home loan customers through direct sales, DSAs, builders, and referrals.

  • Drive disbursements of affordable home loans by promoting suitable loan products.

  • Build and maintain customer relationships from lead stage to loan disbursal.

  • Coordinate with channel partners (builders, real estate agents, DSAs) for lead generation.

  • Support customers in documentation, verification, and application processes.

  • Liaise with internal teams (credit, technical, legal) for smooth loan approvals.

  • Track daily sales activities, performance, and report progress to branch leadership.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and disbursement targets.

  • Gather and share market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
