Job description
The Relationship Manager / Officer will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and managing secured retail lending products such as Micro-LAP, LAP, and Affordable Home Loans. The role involves end-to-end customer handling, coordination with internal teams for timely disbursement, and maintaining portfolio quality while providing ongoing market feedback.

- Pay Details : Up to 38k per month (considerable hike depending on current salary and stability)
- Must Have :
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Micro-LAP / LAP / Affordable Home Loans
Exposure to ticket sizes: LAP up to ₹50 Lakhs and HL up to ₹1 Cr
Stable career track record with no unexplained career gaps
Experience in on-roll roles; must not have Corporate DSA background.
Strong customer-facing personality suitable for a Relationship Management role
Good understanding of secured lending processes and documentation
Key Responsibilities :

Sourcing quality business for Micro-LAP, LAP, and Affordable Home Loans

Managing the complete loan lifecycle from lead generation to disbursement

Ensuring timely resolution of customer queries within defined TAT

Coordinating with Credit and Operations teams for smooth loan processing

Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

Monitoring portfolio performance and ensuring asset quality

Providing regular market and competitor feedback
