- Must Have :
Engineering or Post-Graduate qualification preferred.
2-4 years of experience in the home loan industry.
Team handling or supervisory experience.
Strong technical understanding of project sales and disbursal processes.
All competencies of a Sales Officer with leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :

Supervise Sales Officers across assigned APF projects.

Conduct 2-4 daily site visits to monitor lead flow and activity levels.

Track project progress and address on-ground issues promptly.

Drive part disbursals in coordination with internal credit and operations teams.
