Job description
We are seeking a Cluster (Branch) Technical Manager to oversee property assessment and valuation, technical due diligence, and on-ground feasibility for secured lending under Affordable Housing. The ideal candidate must ensure accuracy in property evaluation, compliance with internal policies, and enable faster disbursement by supporting the credit and sales teams.

- Pay Details : Up to Rs. 6 LPA
- Must Have :
• Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.)
•2+ years of relevant experience in technical property evaluation for home loans
•In-depth knowledge of construction norms, municipal by-laws, and valuation principles
•Experience in affordable housing segment is highly preferred
•Willingness to travel locally for site visits
Key Responsibilities :
•Conduct independent property inspections, ensuring construction stage validation and physical verification.
•Perform valuation of properties for lending purposes-self-constructed, builder purchase, resale, etc.
•Check legal clearances in coordination with the legal team-maps, approvals, and local body sanctions.
•Raise and resolve technical red flags before case approval.
•Coordinate with sales and credit teams for site visits and faster TAT.
•Maintain MIS and reports on valuation, deviations, and approvals.
•Ensure technical policy compliance across all property types in the branch.
•Empanel and manage external valuers and technical vendors as needed.
