Job description
The Cluster Litigation Manager will be responsible for managing all legal and recovery-related cases across assigned locations. The role involves close coordination with collection teams, empanelled lawyers, and local authorities to ensure effective handling of litigation, arbitration, and legal recovery proceedings.

- Must Have :
· Proven experience managing high-volume litigation portfolios across multiple locations.
· Ability to coordinate with regional business and collection teams effectively.
· Strong command over local laws and legal processes related to recovery and enforcement.
Key Responsibilities :
· Manage and monitor all legal and recovery cases within the assigned cluster.
· Liaise with advocates, recovery agents, and internal collection teams for effective case follow-up.
· Represent the company’s interests in civil, criminal, SARFAESI, and arbitration matters.
· Ensure timely filing and closure of cases, including Section 138 (cheque bounce), 420, and DRT proceedings.
· Maintain and update litigation MIS reports, track case progress and legal costs.
· Conduct due diligence and provide legal vetting support for repossessions and settlements.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory frameworks.
· Assist in drafting and reviewing legal notices, plaints, affidavits, and recovery documents.
