Cluster Business Head (CBH) / Branch Manager to lead branch operations and drive business growth in Affordable Home Loans (AHL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). This role requires a minimum of 4-5 years’ experience and involves managing sales targets, customer acquisition, and ensuring smooth branch functioning within a defined geographic area. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep product knowledge, and a customer-first mindset. You will be responsible for implementing local strategies, maintaining compliance, building stakeholder relationships, and staying ahead of market trends.

- Must Have :
Experience:
Minimum 4–5 years in Housing Finance, specifically in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP)
Proven experience in branch or cluster-level business management
Leadership Skills:
Strong ability to lead and manage branch operations and teams
Capability to drive sales and achieve business targets consistently
Product Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Affordable Home Loans and LAP products
Market & Customer Focus:
Sound knowledge of local markets and competitor activities
Customer-first approach with excellent relationship management skills
Operational Excellence:
Ability to ensure smooth daily branch operations and compliance with regulatory and internal policies
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team management
Age & Salary:
Maximum age up to 35 years
Willing to work within the offered CTC of up to ₹10 LPA

7.Handle escalations effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
8.Track performance metrics and take timely corrective actions as needed.
