Channel Manager Role for DSA, Builder and Connector channel -Develop New Alternate Channel and Manage existing Channel Partners by way of service, query resolutions , Product pitching.

    • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Channel Partner (CP) / DSA Management
    • Industry background: Housing Finance or Financial Services
    • Track record of successfully managing CPs, achieving sales targets, and growing distribution networks

Key Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities – Channel Partner (CP) Management – Zonal Role

  • Drive overall CP business within the assigned zone in collaboration with branch teams.

  • Lead empanelment of new retail Channel Partners (CPs) and ensure effective onboarding processes are followed.

  • Monitor performance and drive business growth from newly empaneled CPs.

  • Strengthen relationships with existing corporate and retail CPs to maximize business potential.

  • Identify and reactivate inactive CPs, ensuring their continued engagement.

  • Implement strategic initiatives to boost CP engagement and increase lead-to-conversion ratios.

  • Support the business team in achieving CP-related targets and performance benchmarks.

  • Assist in resolving operational challenges to ensure smooth and timely execution.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective measures for enhanced operational performance.

  • Build and maintain strong rapport with CPs to foster long-term business relationships.

  • Address CPs’ inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring high service standards and satisfaction.
