Job description

Branch Sales Manager - Mortgage Loans/Loan Against Property (LAP) - this is an individual contributor role focused on sourcing and closing LAP deals through DSA networks and open market activities. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of dedicated experience in LAP/Mortgage sales, strong knowledge of loan structuring and documentation, and a proven ability to meet disbursal targets. The role demands high ownership, career stability, and strong coordination skills with credit and operations teams to ensure fast TATs and compliant processing.

  • Pay Details : Up to 5 LPA + Performance Based Incentives
  • Must Have :
    • 2-4 years of proven experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) or Mortgage Sales

    • Strong exposure to DSA sourcing (Direct Selling Agents) – mandatory

    • Deep understanding of loan structuring, documentation, and secured lending processes

    • No career or education gaps; candidate must demonstrate stability in prior roles

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills

    • Ability to work independently and meet monthly LAP disbursal targets

    • Experience coordinating with Credit and Operations teams for smooth processing

Key Responsibilities :

1.Acquire LAP clients through DSAs and open market initiatives.
2.Drive disbursals by structuring deals suited to customer requirements.
3.Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly LAP sales targets.
4.Maintain documentation, compliance, and ensure faster turnaround time.
5.Work closely with credit and operations teams to ensure efficient processing.
6.Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and product feedback.
