Role: Branch Sales Manager – Home Loan (IC) Channel: DSA & Open Market | CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA Role Snapshot: Drive Home Loan disbursals via DSA, DST & open market sourcing. Own customer acquisition, documentation, and service delivery as an individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and acquire new customers in the Home Loan segment.

Develop and manage DSA, DST, and connector networks for lead generation and conversion.
•
Meet sales targets consistently while ensuring quality sourcing.
•
Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations) for smooth loan processing and disbursal.
•
Maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
•
Ensure timely documentation and compliance as per organizational norms.
•
Continuously monitor competition offerings and share feedback for product positioning.
