The role involves acquiring customers through DSA sourcing and open market channels, driving loan disbursals, and ensuring high-quality customer service. It is ideal for both fresh graduates (MBA/Bachelor’s) eager to build a sales career and experienced professionals (1-2 years any financial product) with proven performance in field sales.     • Experience:

      • Experienced: 1 year in field sales (CreditCards/loans/Insurance).

      • Freshers: MBA or Bachelor’s graduates with strong interest in sales.

    • Sourcing Exposure: Hands-on experience in DSA sourcing or open market sales (mandatory for experienced candidates).

    • Product Focus: Will handle either Affordable Home Loans (AHL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) - not both.

    • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills.

    • Career Stability: No gaps in education or previous employment; proven consistency.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Identify and acquire new customers through DSA (Direct Selling Agent) networks and open market sourcing.
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, DSTs, and market connectors to generate business.
3.Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
4.Coordinate closely with credit and operations teams to ensure quick processing and disbursal of loans.
5.Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal policies.
6.Provide ongoing support to customers post-disbursal.
7.Share market trends and competitor intelligence with the internal team.
