The Branch Sales Manager - HL (DSA Vertical) will be responsible for managing and expanding the DSA network, driving home loan business through DSAs, connectors, and self-sourced channels. The role is an Individual contributor, relationship management, and achieving business targets while ensuring compliance and service quality.

  • Must Have :

    ·        Experience in Home Loan / Mortgage sales

    ·        Strong exposure to DSA/channel sales model

    ·        Ability to source mortgage/home loan files independently

    ·        Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills

    ·        Knowledge of local real estate and mortgage market

Key Responsibilities :

·        Drive Home Loan sourcing through DSA, DST, self-sourced, and connector channels

·        Recruit, onboard, and manage DSAs and channel partners

·        Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

·        Maintain strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and connectors

·        Monitor file quality, login-to-disbursement ratios, and TAT

·        Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing

·        Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

·        Track market trends and competitor activity
