Currently managing a team in the Affordable Housing Loan segment OR ready for a step-up with strong individual track record.
Strong DSA sourcing network and market knowledge.
Consistent achievement of sales targets with proven incentive earnings.
Strong leadership, monitoring, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 4–5 Sales Managers to achieve business targets.

Drive Affordable Home Loan business through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels.

Plan and execute branch sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual volume/value targets.

Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure productivity benchmarks are met.

Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and customers.

Ensure high-quality sourcing, proper credit assessment, and smooth file processing for timely disbursements.

Coordinate closely with credit and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Drive compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines at all times.
