Minimum 5–8 years of Mortgage / LAP / HL experience
Strong exposure to DSA sourcing model.
Proven experience handling Semi Prime or Near Prime customer profiles.
Consistent performance record with stability in past roles.
Sound understanding of local market and competitor offerings
Key Responsibilities :

Achieve monthly disbursement targets through DSA sourcing as well as DST.

Activate new DSAs and strengthen existing DSA relationships to ensure consistent lead flow.

Maintain high-quality sourcing adhering to Semi Prime / Near Prime credit norms.

Monitor team productivity and ensure consistent branch performance.

Drive market penetration and ensure visibility in assigned geography.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for faster turnaround and portfolio health.

Track and control delinquency within defined limits.

Prepare and review daily MIS reports on business performance and lead conversion.
