Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Customer Service Managers.

  • Ensure WOW customer experience while ensuring compliance with HomeFirst's policies.

  • Manage collections and provide resolutions for NPA properties.

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including builders and channel partners.

  • Execute BTL (Below the Line) marketing campaigns to drive growth.

  • Ensure prudent credit checks and responsible loan disbursals.

  • Supervise branch operations with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

  • Drive profitability and risk minimization through strategic decisions.
